  • Step 1: Free 20‑minute call Share what’s going on, ask questions, and feel the fit. No pressure.

  • Step 2: First session
    We set safety, clarify goals, and begin gentle work. Where possible, we aim for first relief so you leave with something practical.

  • Step 3: Ongoing support
    Weekly or fortnightly as needed. You’ll get simple tools to anchor change at home, on a lunch break, or in the car before school pickup.
